The representative of the company Ehang George Yang assured that to travel on a smart drone, the passenger only needs to enter the destination in the appropriate mobile application and sit in a chair. Telling journalists about the purpose of creating an aircraft, he frankly admitted:

“I think that in each of us there lives a child who wants to fly. But personally, I do not want to spend many hours studying for a license to fly an aircraft. I want to fly right now. Together with my colleagues we make this dream a reality. “

Ehang 184 was developed for two and a half years. It is designed primarily for travels over short distances – about 16 km at a speed of 100 km / h. He does not need take-off strips, as he takes off and sits vertically on any platform.

The timing of the launch in the series has not yet been determined. John Yang expects that this will happen in a few months. To do this, China will set up a command center with 300 personnel.
